Gp Capt Kumar is a veteran officer of Indian Airforce. In his chequerd career spanning over 32 years in Air force he has held a number of staff and instructional appointments. He has been a directing Staff at National Defense Academy.
He has been technical officer at many Services Selection Boards.He was also the senior Psychologist in one of the Airforce Selection Boards. He has assessed more than 3000 candidates at SSBs. About 400 of them have done the uniform and serving the Armed forces.He has mentored hundreds of young boys and girls to achieve their chosen goals. By virtue of being Joint Director of recruitment, he is well aware of organizational needs and individual aspirations.

Gp Capt Oscar Das is an experienced Pilot of Indian Air Force.He has 4000hrs of flying to his credit. He has flown a number of aircrafts such as fighters, Transport and Trainer Jet aircrafts. He has launched more than 2000 drone in various operations.
He has been a Commanding Officer of NCC Air Squadron.
He is an experienced Group Testing Officer for seven (7) years at Services Selection Boards. He has screened more than 3000 candidates.he has conducted PABT (Pilot Aptitude Battery Test) test at SSB which are mandatory for the candidates opting for flying in defense forces.
He was a senior GTO at Varanasi SSB.

Col PB Choudhary is an alumni of National Defence Academy, Pune. He was commissioned into 9th Battalion of Brigade Of The Guards and had the privilege to command the same unit.
He is a qualified interviewing officer trained at Defence Institute of Psychological Research (DIPR), New Delhi. He has served as Interview Officer at service selection centres Allahabad, Bhopal and Bangalore and assessed more than 5000 candidates for selection into the defence forces. He is a graduate of technical Staff course from IAT, Girinagar, Pune and PG Diploma holder in Psychological Counselling and career counselling from Osmania university Hyderabad. He has been mentoring young students and conducting motivational and orientation programs at various schools and colleges

Gp Capt MVR Bharath (Retd)An experienced Instructor and Group Testing Officer with more than 27 years of service in Indian Air Force. A qualified Navigation Instructor with instructional tenures in National Defence Academy, Navigation Training School (AFA) and the Defence Institute of Psychological Research. As an aviator he has flown three different types of aircraft and has cleared officers in various Operational roles like Para Dropping, VIP, VVIP operations, Heavy drops etc. As a GTO he has assessed personality of 3000 candidates in Army & Air Force Selection Boards and successfully trained 10 under trainee GTOs. He has had the privilege of conveying VVIPs like Dr Abdul Kalam, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Smt Pratibha Patil, Dr Manmohan Singh, and other dignitaries in his flying career. He is a sports enthusiast and a qualified Pranic Healer. He has been a Cross Country medallist in NDA, participated in Marathon runs and represented Command Basketball team in Air Force. He has received Technological Group Award 2018 for his contribution in De Novo project.
